Hi, I'm Danny - I’m a coach, music talent manager + marketeer.

Alongside being an Animas certified coach, I’ve spent over 10 years working in the music industry working at Universal, Warner as well as starting my own talent management business and I’ve spent even longer being fascinated by personal growth and potential. I’ve had to rebuild and transform multiple times in my career and coaching has helped me along the way.

I started my career as a studio engineer and after a few years realised I didn't enjoy being locked away in a room for hours on end. I pivoted working inside major labels marketing records and it was there that I experienced a different type of pressure, working with many stakeholders and agendas in a super fast paced environment. It's this experience that helped me to build a talent management business and where I learnt how to lead and work closely with people to build things. It's also whilst building this business that I found coaching.

Receiving coaching helped me move forward at one of the hardest times in my career. It helped me take accountability in a way I had never done in the past and see my reality afresh, ultimately being able to move forward and grow. It also planted a seed which eventually grew into me starting a new journey as a coach.

As a coach, I work with people in the creative industries to help them progress + grow - whether it's dealing with change and uncertainty, growing a business, navigating and levelling up in their careers or improving quality of life and work in a holistic way, I work with my clients to get to help them get to where they want to be.

My parents immigrated to the UK from India in the 80’s. I have experience on what it feels like to be the other - working against expectations from others as well as ones from myself and the challenge of forging your own path amongst all of that noise.

Along the way, I’ve noticed the various ways that creative industries can favour some types of people over others leading to less genuine diversity. In this environment, personal progress and growth isn’t always straightforward for everyone and as a coach I want to support people to flourish whatever their background + current environment.
